Sikatā Studio is seeking a talented Visual / Presentation Designer / Storyteller who is passionate about communicating information visually. The ideal candidate will have excellent visual design, color and typographic skills and will leverage existing brand guidelines to live and breathe presentation storytelling.

Role and Responsibilities:

​

• Responsible for designing, producing and updating presentations and executive keynotes for events and internal initiatives

• Working within Sikatā Studio design guidelines, create graphics and other creative assets for use in presentations and other mediums

• Able to clearly articulate and present creative ideas.

• Leverage best practices of presentation design to promote high-quality storytelling

• Able to rethink and transform complex, busy designs into strategic and easy to understand layouts

• Able to create high-quality work under tight deadlines

Skills and Experience:

​

• Strong design aesthetic, understanding of current design trends, layout, typography, color theory

• Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills.

• Well-practiced in visual hierarchy to simplify and communicate information and data effectively, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams

• A can-do, positive attitude.

• Ability to manage projects while working under tight deadlines to maintain schedules

• Fresher / Trainee with college work samples (online portfolio)

• BA/BFA degree in Graphic / Visual Design or equivalent experience

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides with a working familiarity of motion design, sound, and video
